LOVEPOPS

Lovepop, the 3D design firm who is revolutionizing the greeting card industry, only continues to skyrocket as they sold their millionth card this past January.

Why does Lovepop sound so familiar? Over the weekend, founders John Wise and Wombi Rose were featured on ABC’s 20/20 to discuss the rapid growth of the brand. Currently ranked as one of the top grossing companies from Shark Tank, Lovepop first appeared on the show in December 2015 with a net worth of $300,000. After earning Kevin O’Leary’s attention and growing his investment, Lovepop has grown to a record-breaking 8.7 million dollars today.

Not only has Lovepop developed financially, staff has also increased from 10 to 40 employees at the headquarters, in addition to over 80 employees in Vietnam where inspiration for these intricate cards was founded. As a company that does not outsource their employees, it is important to note that only expert kirigami craftspeople are employed there. As far as physical locations go, retail locations are scattered throughout NYC and Boston – most recently Lovepop opened up at New York City’s Oculus building.
