CHICAGO’S DIAMOND DIVAS

Performing live together with the “Grand Champion and Performer of the World” Jed Madela on February 11, 2017, are Chicago’s Diamond Divas. Each one has her own unique musical style, each one so talented ad ready to shine bright like a diamond, all three young divas under Direk Gerry Rebello’s leadership and guidance.

The artists clicked on their first meeting and photo session, and were asked, “How do you feel about the term DIVA?”

SYCHAR YEBRA: “Like a star!”

AUDREY ESQUIVEL: “Diva, to me, is a strong word. To me, it means a woman or even a young girl who strives to be what she wants to be. She belongs in the best and positive things that can happen. She’s someone who is confidently sure of what they’re doing and is someone who doesn’t give up no matter what the obstacle is. She shows other people that she’s worth something and she has something special.”

MYAN VILLANUEVA: “The term “Diva” can go in two ways. One can see as Divas as someone who is full of herself and her talent, unforgiving and ungrateful. However, there are those who see a Diva as someone who has mastered her craft and continues to strive for an even better performance.”
