Months of November and December are the most anticipated months of the year, but many look at it as some kind of worrisome months as what goes with the big celebrations of Thanksgiving and Christmas (up to New Year) are the entailed expenses we encounter as we celebrate. But as we’ve lived through it for years and have become second nature to us, we just sail along for the name of tradition. On this page, happy to present some community fun-filled activities from Thanksgiving to Christmas this year.As what they say, “Be happy, don’t worry”, particularly on this fun-filled Holiday activities and festivities.

“Celebrating Community!” The Philippines 7,107 islands is a perfect blend of East meets West, rich with history and context. The Filipino American Council of Greater Chicago and Rizal Community Center reflects our affirmation of the Filipino and Filipino American cultural identity. Equally, it is a celebration of the intersection of our cultures with the diverse ethnic groups and cultures that make the City of Chicago beautiful. (Elaine Lehman, FACC Executive Director)
