Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse in Rosemont

This fine dining, full-service Brazilian steakhouse or churrascaria is a meat lover’s paradise, as a never-ending parade of succulent beef, pork, lamb and chicken, plus an extensive salad bar. Attentive gauchos with sabers are frequently on hand with new cuts, always mindful of your desires in cuts and meat preferences.

Fogo de Chão currently operates 35 locations in the United States, 10 locations in Brazil, and 2 in Mexico. Fogo de Chao Rosemont is located near O’Hare, part of the new, vibrant entertainment district, Parkway Bank Park at Rosemont. Its signature blue tower containing an authentic churrasco, graces the entrance and allows guests to experience the original process of cooking Brazilian meat over an open fire. Once seated, a view to the vast wine cellar and grand salad bar inspires guests to enter fully into the gaucho way of life. The dining area seats 300 guests and offers private and semi private areas that can accommodate parties up to 130. Complimentary valet parking is offered at lunch and dinner, and ample self-parking is located at the rear of the restaurant.

Via Times’ memorable dining experience at Fogo de Chao said it all, in the company of Joe Mauricio, Veronica and Don and Flor Kramer.
