FACC News Building Community!

One HOT early Saturday morning in mid-September. We enjoyed ice cream with Mrs. Luz R. Viloria, early FACC member. We listened carefully to her stories of her life, of early Rizal Center, and her hopes for our communities’ future. Mrs. Viloria recently became a member of the FACC and is happy spending time at Rizal Center. Building Community! “Elaine, Rizal Center must be saved. You are a good person.
