Young Fil-Am Artist Jaime Bulosan Ceramic Art Show at the FACC’s Rizal Memorial Center – July 7, 2019

Filipino American young ceramic artist James Bulosan held a very impressive ceramic art exhibit at the Rizal Center August 24th. Bulosan, from Florida, is a graduate of Art Institute of Chicago and teaches art at both St. Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. and Art Institute of Chicago. He was recently interviewed on CPRTV and this exclusive interview that can also be uploaded on Youtube Channel.

His premier art show will surely be followed by many more exhibits in our community in the very near future. Proud to say that James has been nominated for the 2019 Chicago Filipino Asian American Hall of Fame to receive Excellence in Art award for the upcoming November 9th induction ceremony at Hyatt Regency O’Hare.

Photos taken during the opening of the exhibit with FACC executive director Elaine Lehman, legendary singer Marilou Ventura, and some senior community leaders and guests in attendance.
