Congratulations on a successful 2026 Philippine Independence Golf Tournament at the Links of Carillon Golf Couse in Plainfield. With perfect weather and 140 golfers, it was a fun, relaxed but competitive event for a change. The Fil-Am Lake County Golfers were the big winners coming in as the 2026 Overall Team Champions and kudos to Ed Tumamak & Pete Harrison of PGC who worked with 2026 Chairperson Clarita Rueur of Philswing to make this another successful weekend for the four decades old annual tournament founded by Bert Roman of PGC back in the 1980’s. To all the winners – great job! See you all next year!
