Happy 4th of July as America celebrates 250 years of freedom.
Many people are clueless, helpless while some are depressed. The good news is there is hope and help in Jesus.
Just for your information for you to avail of as follows:
God’s Healing: Body, Soul & Spirit Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross is a “prepaid credit prayer card” for healing. This means that the price for our healing was paid in full at the cross, and we can now draw on it anytime by faith. In Isaiah 53:4–5, “He was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed” and 1 Peter 2:24 “By His stripes you were healed” Sing: “Jesus paid it all, all to Him I owe. . . “
Biblical Basis of Double Blessings –“Two-for-one” Atonement. We became “”At-One” with Jesus. Isaiah 53:4–5 shows Jesus’ one sacrifice covers both sin and sickness. The Hebrew words choli (griefs) and makob (sorrows) mean sicknesses and pains. We can charge all Illness and receive Wellness. Just change “I” to “WE”, you and I with Jesus.
Healing is part of redemption:, “Praise the Lord, my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s”. Psalm 103:1–5
“Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.” James 5:14–15
Note that forgiveness and healing are inseparable benefits of salvation Past tense healing: 1 Peter 2:24 uses the past tense “you were healed,” indicating healing is already accomplished and available.
The “Prepaid” Metaphor or Analogy Just as a credit card is loaded with funds at the point of purchase, Jesus’ death on the cross “loaded” the account for our healing. The cost was paid once — the price of sin and sickness — and the balance is now available to us by faith. This means: We do not need to “earn” healing — it’s part of the package of salvation. We do not need to “convince” God — we simply receive it by trusting His finished work and it is Available anytime NOW as the account is open, and we can draw on it in prayer, faith, and obedience, with no expiration and no limits.
Faith is the currency of heaven, “And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,. Ephesians 2:6 “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1:
Practical Application Believers are encouraged to: Faithfully receive the healing God has already provided; Pray and act in faith, as James 5:14–15 above shows, to activate the healing; and Reject the lie of sickness — if Jesus carried your sicknesses, God’s will is for you to be healed
In short: God’s healing is available NOW as a prepaid credit prayer card from Jesus’ cross. The price was paid once, and the healing is now available to us by faith, just as forgiveness is.
