4th of July Independence Day Parade at City of Darien

The Filipino American Association of South DuPage (FAASD) proudly participated in the 55th Annual Independence Day Parade in Darien, Illinois, joining the community in celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary of Independence. Members proudly represented the Filipino American community with colorful cultural attire, festive decorations, and a spirit of unity and patriotism.
FAASD’s participation highlighted the organization’s commitment to promoting Filipino heritage while celebrating the shared values of freedom, diversity, and community. The association extends its heartfelt gratitude to the City of Darien, the Darien Lions Club, parade organizers, volunteers, and everyone who supported this memorable Independence Day celebration.
