12th Ambassador’s Tour Lauched in Washington, US Southeast

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Philippine Embassy announced today the launch of the 12th Ambassador’s Tour, which will feature the top tourist attractions in Manila, Cebu and Bohol on 9-15 July 2018.

A joint undertaking of the Philippine Foreign Service Posts in the United States, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Tourism, and Rajah Tours, the 12th Ambassador’s Tour provides a unique opportunity to US-based Filipinos and Americans to see firsthand why the Philippines continues to be one of the best value travel destinations in the world and one of the most dynamic economies in Asia.

“I am pleased to invite balikbayans and our American friends to explore the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of the Philippines, and to experience the unparalleled warmth and hospitality of the Filipino people through this year’s Ambassador’s Tour,” said Philippine Ambassador to the United States Jose Manuel G. Romualdez.

The 12th Ambassador’s Tour offers fun and excitement for every type of traveler, may they be foodies, shoppers, nature-lovers or history buffs. Participants may choose to go with the Oslob and Farm Tour combination or Suroy-Suroy and Balicasag Island combination.

The basic tour package, starting from USD 975 for triple sharing (excluding international and domestic airfare), consists of a 3-night stay at Nobu Hotel in Manila, 2-night stay at Shangri-La Mactan Resort & Spa in Cebu, and 2-night stay at Hennan Panglao in Bohol. Included in the package rate are roundtrip airport-hotel/resort transfers in Manila, Cebu, and Bohol; daily breakfast at the hotels; hosted dinners with special entertainment; services of English-speaking guides throughout the tour; and wreath-laying ceremony at Rizal Park, Manila.
