“Reunion”

I just came back from the Philippines and attended a high school class reunion after 45 years. Thanks to the social media that made things possible for us to be connected after so many years. It was indeed a big surprise for all of us coming together with so much joy, excitement and treasured memories coming back. We were the biggest batch and the dance performance we made though there was no practice came out really good. I believe it was the sense of love, community and family that we all shared. We did not even realize we are creating new and more exciting memories. The majority was based in Metro Manila yet there were a handful of us representing Canada, America, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Australia. I love to remember this event as “every parting is a form of death, as every reunion is a type of heaven.” R Reuniting E Everyone as U Uniquely N New and I Interesting/ T Timeless with E Experiences that are D Divine There is so much fun in remembering the “good old days” yet it is even more worth remembering the “good and new memories of today” that we will all cherish for the rest of our lives.
