New Filipino Owned and Operated Resto Opens in Schaumburg

40tude Bistro & Bar, the newest full service Restaurant in the Northwest suburb of Schaumburg has relaunched and reinvented itself. Now known as an Asian Restaurant with traditional yet modern Philippine Cuisine influences, 40tude now also serves select Chinese menu items plus its popular Sushi offerings. Executive Chef and General Manager Randy Santana has streamlined and added new items to the dynamic menu. Old time favorites like the Tapsilog, Longsilog, Tocilog and other Silog variations still lord the offerings. Traditional Filipino dishes Beef Shank Bulalo, Pork Menudo, Crispy Pata, Ox Tail Kare-Kare, Pinakbet are now available. Likewise on the Menu are a slew of Pulutan (small plates) like the Chicharon Bulakalak, Crispy Chicken Skin Chicharon, Thai Style Calamari, Adobo Pork Belly Sliders, Shrimp Tempura, Lechon Kawali and more that go very well with ice cold San Miguel Beer and Red Horse Beer.
