HAPPY NEW YEAR GREETINGS! FROM GOV. PAT QUINN
Friend, I hope you and your family have a happy and healthy new year! As we set new goals for the next 12 months, it’s important to build on the progress we’ve made over the last year. Illinois took several tremendous steps forward in 2013. From a growing economy to comprehensive pension reform and equal marriage rights for all, I am proud to say our state is heading in the right direction. Let’s keep working together in 2014 to build a brighter future for Illinois! Sincerely, Governor Pat Quinn
To My Colleagues & Family at VT/CPRTV:
I bring sincere greetings in the name of our Savior & Resurrected Lord, Jesus The Christ, to one and all as we all get ready to celebrate and remember His birth on Christmas Day, 2013. May I encourage you all to remember not only the birth of our Lord and Savior that first Christmas Day in Bethlehem 2,000 years ago but to rejoice in the truth of what the Bible says that Jesus will soon return for those who have surrendered their lives to Him as their personal Lord and Savior whether dead or living. Let us all move forward with a positive, loving, generous and kind spirit in our hearts as we remember the past, rejoice in the present and reach out for our future with thanksgiving! Those who do this will surely experience blessings, breakthroughs, success, victory, abundance and increase in 2014 and onwards. It is a loving heart and a spirit of thanksgiving for the love and faithfulness of God in our lives and undertakings that gives glory to God. And when God is glorified by what He sees in our hearts, His promise is that He will open the windows of Heaven to pour out His blessings upon us, upon our loved ones and upon our endeavors that please God in our homes, in our businesses and workplace and in our SUBSCRIPTION circumstances. To God be all the glory! So let us all exit 2013 with a spirit of thanksgiving and enter 2014 with the same spirit having our hearts filled with the love of God and the love for God, love for our families and friends through His Son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. This is the season of grace, love, forgiveness, peace and mercy expressed through the birth of our Lord 2,000 years ago! We are to be the manifest expression of that love in this dark and confused world today! Let us, therefore, celebrate this season of God’s love with a sincere expression of this divine, unconditional love in our hearts for one another in our VT/CPRTV family, in our respective families and in the world where God has placed us to shine forth with His light. As I continue to pray for each and every one of you as well as for all the families you represent – it is my plea to God, as always, that you all will experience and enjoy the wonderful favor of God through Christ of His peace, protection, provision and prosperity as He continues to manifest His Presence, His Power and His Purpose in your lives and circumstances. May His joy, love and peace become your portion in abundant and overflowing reality! May your 2014 be full of the blessings of our Loving Lord and Savior! From Sis Lillian and myself and from the rest of our family – Merry Christmas and a very Prosperous & Blessed New Year in Christ alone to one and all!
