Rose Tibayan, played an important role in the Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) Relief Drive, held at the Rizal Center last November 2013. Blessed with beauty and brains and a charitable heart, she had been asked to represent the Philippines in this year’s “Mrs. International Pageant” to be held in Jacksonville, Florida on July 25-26, 2014.
