Is The Philippine Independence Celebration of June 12th Legit Or Bogus?

Is the Philippine Independence celebration of June 12 legal? When I left the Philippines in 1959, we were celebrating the Philippine Independence on the 4th of July, like the United States of America. But in the 1960’s, then President of the Philippines Diosdado Macapagal changed the celebration from July 4th to June 12th, based on Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo’s declaration of independence in Kawit, Cavite in 1898 after the Philippine-American War. But his declaration was never recognized by the U.S., Spain, or any other foreign government. The Philippines under the U.S. Commonwealth had no independence celebration for many years until 1946, when the U.S. granted the Philippines their indepedence with the date coinciding with the U.S. independence date celebration which is July 4th.. There were questions then and we have more questions now regarding the change of date, the main question of which is, is it a legal or bogus Philippine Independence celebration? We have asked some legal minds of constitutionalists of a prominent university here in Chicago, and we surely will keep you updated about their research..

WHO ARE THE SOCIOPATHS?

Sociopaths, like any other psychological disorder, has ranges from mild to severity. These people have anti-social traits that tend to be thoughtless and insensitive. They are very cold, calculating, greedy, and overly feeling entitled. Sociopaths have no qualms about breaking society’s rules or using others who ever listen to their lies and in using them as stepping stones on their way up the ladder of success or perhaps even failure. Still, many are able to cultivate a benign or even sweet demeanor, which enables them to ingratiate themselves to potential victims. Oftentimes, they normally use religious affiliations and credible humanitarian groups. On the extreme end of the sociopathic range are rapists, sadists, and serial killers who take pleasure in causing humiliation and pain on other humans. Then there are the pimps, blackmailers, and a number of criminals from organized crimes. They employ charm and seduction or bribery, coercion and intimidation to entrap their victims. The more intelligent the sociopath, the more dangerous they are. These people are the predators of the human race, and just like a cat is able to identify the weaker animal within a group and to sneak up on it. The sociopath will recognize the needy, the vulnerable, and the naive. The intelligent sociopath is more successful in part because they are much better in disguising their true color or intentions. The anti-social individual exploits the emotional weakness in their prey in the same way a lion takes advantage of a lame or diseased animal. The smarter they are, the easier it is for them to recognize and exploit the weak areas of someone’s personality.
