Half Acre Beer Company Known as The Best Beer Pub in Chicago

Warm thanks to Ray Espiritu, Jr., the only Filipino co-owner of Half Acre Beer (and former owner of the iconic Isla Filipina restaurant) for hosting, entertaining, and serving us the best special dishes at the HA Brewery for the pre-celebration of my birthday (thanks, too, for gifting me with a case of beer. ) Thank you, too, to his parents Hermie and Ray Espiritu, our out-of-this world hosts and active Filipino leaders in Chicago.
