Conclusion Of Our History Month And Warm Welcome To Our Newly-Elected President Donald Trump

We concluded the celebration of the Filipino American History Month in October with various celebrations all over the country by proud Filipinos like us showing our ardent and faithful love and respect for our beloved Mother country, the Philippines.

In this column, we thank the gracious Mayor of the beautiful city of Aurora, Mayor Richard Irvin, giving a day for the umber of Filipinos living in Aurora and for the SURPRISE Pearl awards given to the Via Times family – me and Kayla Tejero, and and for the other outstanding Filipino residents and government officials of Aurora, We also send special thanks to Clayton Muhammad, Director of Communications, for his painstaking coordination of this memorable event. Mabuhay ang Pilipino at ang Pilipinas!

We’re publishing here a part of the news published by the Chicago Tribune about this first historical event in honor of outstanding Filipinos by the city of Aurora. PEARL award, which acronym stands for Pinoy/Excellence in/Aurora’s/Resilience/Leadership.

Happy and proud to include in this article the great news about the “Trump Effect” in our country after his election and his magnanimous act of kind towards the Democrats towards our country’s UNITY.

On President Trump, Post-Election:

President-elect Donald Trump trolled Kamala Harris’ debt-ridden losing presidential campaign, urging the GOP to do whatever we can do to help them. “I am very surprised that the Democrats, who fought a hard and valiant fight in the 2020 Presidential Election, raising a record amount of money, didn’t have lots of $’s left over,” Trump posted on X Saturday evening.

“Now they are being squeezed by vendors and others. Whatever we can do to help them during this difficult period, I would strongly recommend we, as a Party and for the sake of desperately needed UNITY, do,” he continued, “We have a lot of money left over in that our biggest asset in the campaign was “Earned Media,” and that doesn’t cost very much. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
