Christmas is inevitable inspite of the COVID virus pandemic. This will not stop us from enjoying our fave food and so let us prepare some holiday baking .
Banana bread is almost a staple for most Filipinos but I prepared a version that will be good for diabetics like me.

if you have any questions. Even though I am diabetic, I try to find ways to enjoy banana bread with the lowest sugar level as possible.
For this banana bread, I chose ingredients that will be ok for diabetics.
2 cups of gluten free flour
2 mashed bananas
3/4 cup of erythritol plantbased sweetener
1/2 cup coconut oil
1tsp ground cinammon
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all and set to 50 minutes at 350 F. Enjoy and a fabulous merry merry Christmas.
