In your prayers, please remember Mr. Emmanuel S. Garcia, Sr. (born August 6, 1923, HS’41,
Col’49), husband of Fe Bautista Garcia; father of ten, Maria Caridad (Ging) Martinez, Emmanuel Jr.
“Manny” (GS’58, HS’62, Col’67), Esperanza (Espie) G. Lising, Dr. Crisostomo “Tomo” (GS’60, HS’64),
Carlos “Loy” (GS’64, HS’68, Col’72), Renato “Tato” (GS’65, HS’69, Col’72), Paul (GS’67, Col’74), and
Alejandro “Alan” (GS’68, HS’72, Col76); Ma. Socorro (Marisu) G. Rodriguez, Dr. Raymond (Bambino), and
an additional son found at a golf course, Kyoji Nakano; and grandfather and great grandfather to more
than 59 children. Mr. Garcia joined our Creator on Tuesday, 2 June 2015, at the age of 91.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Ateneo de Manila University in 1949, and worked for
Chemical Industries of the Philippines, GSIS Philippines and RBG & Associates, Inc.
