New Year Messages from Friends

Celebrating New year’s Eve. We met a couple who were celebrating without their kids and we are celebrating without our parents. So tonight, we are family, feasting on a home-cooked meals and waiting for the countdown. I believe there are other Filipino’s in America and their parents or children are not with them.

2019 I counted this year all the sweet memories with my family..going to church, eating out, grocery shopping & mall shopping. I just regret missing parties as what my late husband & me doing almost every week in Chicago but I’m so happy to be in peace especially with my beautiful grandkids now here in Vegas Aida Cruz Las Vegas, NV

Here’s my 2019 in retrospect: 2019 was a wonderful journey of discovery, renewal and experience. I was hoping that the joy of yesterday can always be recreated. But time always throws a wrench. It hit me hard that my mother is elderly and every moment with her is a blessing and needs to be cherished.

Thank you Heavenly Father and True Parents for the New year 2020. It is great to be alive and witnessed the challenging and fruitful 2019. It was indeed a very difficult year in terms of our physical health but very rewarding spiritually because we received the HTM Victors Award from True Mother. With so much love and gratitude we realized our dream having the CHCP campsite in reality. We are thankful to our family, friends and members who were with us in our 2019 journey. Looking forward for a great and blessed 2020. God bless
