Beginning A Balanced Life in 2024

Have you ever heard that the most powerful way to balance life is through Prayer? I have always shared to people that when we are still, resting and trusting God, prayer to God is so natural producing supernatural results. In other words,

“When we work, we work and we get stressed out. But when we pray, God works and removes the stress out.”

Moreover, when we pray, miracles happen. In addition, the devil gets scared and leaves us alone. On the other hand, when we do not pray, we get miserable as we entertain lies and deceptions from the devil and get preyed on.

Be mindful that prayer is a very powerful way to begin the day and also begin the year for a well balanced life. Simply described below using the acronym of POWER PRAYER:

O Obedience to the Lord
W Witness to the Lord
E Empowered by the Holy Spirit
R Resulting in Supernatural Ways
P Perfect connection with God
R Reliance on the anointing power of the Holy Spirit
A Acknowledging Amazing Grace Unlimited from
Y Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) for us to be
E Equipped for every good work
R Reverence to the Heavenly Father

In short, prayer to balance our life is talking to God, listening to Him and meditating on His Word written in the Scriptures as we hear the Hole Spirit speak to us as well as putting them into action as our way of life.

Let us Pray for the New Year:

Heavenly Father, as we begin the new year 2024, we give thanks to You, Lord for all the things You made happen, both the celebrations and challenges for the year 2023 and we are also mindful to give thanks to You in advance for the plans, purposes and gifts you have for all of us this coming year: prosperity in body, soul, spirit and even in all our relationships.

Jesus, we release any negative grievances, anger and our hurts, etc. for these are nothing but binding chains that wear us down. “Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it.

But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13-14

Holy Spirit, empower and help us to live each day with grateful hearts in the most loving ways, in the God-conscious way. Please give us the faith to see beyond even the impossible that You alone can make them possible. And for that, we thank you as well.

May You continue to bless us; heal all of us who are hurting and needing healing; giving us hope in the midst of hopelessness; encouragement in times of disappointments; turning our sadness to gladness; sickness to wellness; poverty & lack to prosperity and abundance as we serve You so we can avail of Your promise in Exodus 23:25. . . “So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And He will take all sickness away from the midst of you.”

May we all have a blessed New Year as we strive to live for You. We pray all these in the mighty Name of Jesus, our Savior and Lord. Amen. “He has made everything beautiful in its time.
