13th District Cook County Commissioner Josina Morita, 11th Ward Alderwoman Nicole Lee and 48th Ward Alderwoman Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth welcomed the Year of the Dragon with residents and elected officials at a community celebration in the Cook County building.
