Laing Na Kale

It’s been a year since I posted laing na kale.I decided to cook it again for my very good friend as a late Mother’s Day gift. So here goes.
INGREDIENTS:
1. 3 bunch of kale
2. 3 cans of coconut milk
3. 1 can of coconut cream
4. 1/2 cup of cubed pork belly
5. 3 tbs of bagoong pangasinan
6. 1 cup of water
7. 1 small onion minced
8. 1 thumb of ginger sliced
9. 4 cloves of garlic
10. 8 to 10 pcs of shrimps
11. optional:siling jalapeno
RECIPE
1. Sautee pork bits till its brown.
2. Add in onions,garlic, ginger then sautee for 4 to 6 minutes.
3. Add 3 tbs of bagoong pangasinan.
4. Pour 3 cans of coconut milk then let it boil.
5. Add sliced kale then simmer to low fire for one hour.
6. Add shrimp and coconut cream and sili japeno if u want as an option Simmer for30 more minutes in low fire till oil comes out.
