Ashburn Frankfort is one of the six Ashburn campuses in Chicago. Led by a Filipino Pastor Tim Eborda (installed officially as a Pastor on January 21, 2024), Ashburn Frankfort is a thriving and newly planted church in the south suburbs of Chicago. Pastor Tim, his wife Rose and daughter, Abriella moved from the Philippines in January 2023 to join the staff of Ashburn and prepare to plant a church in Chicago. Tim had successfully planted a church in the Philippines 10 years ago and grew a flourishing, healthy church there before God called him to Chicago.

When asked on how he wants to introduce his affiliation with Ashburn-Frankfort, Pastor Tim said, “We are the Eborda family, and we’ve been sent to plant a church on the south side of Chicago. My wife and I are originally from the Philippines and after 8 years of marriage, we have been blessed with a beautiful daughter, Abriella. For the past 13 years, I was a pastor in the Philippines. When I became pastor of Living Water Baptist Church in 2012, we had 20 members, but by January 2023, with God’s grace, we had 200 members.”

Pastor Tim added, “My wife and I both feel strongly that God is now calling us to minister here in Chicago. Our ambition is to see lives profoundly transformed by the Good News of Jesus Christ, and we believe that planting new churches is one of the most effective ways to reach those who have never heard the Gospel. My aim is to establish a church that is authentically multi-ethnic in both its leadership and members. Discipleship will be the focus while we present the Gospel and worship in a multicultural setting. We’ve been meeting for the past 8 weeks, and by God’s grace, we now have 8 dedicated families.”

Services begin at 10am on Sundaywith childcare provided! A worship service typically lasts around one hour. The service focuses completely on truths from Scripture. There are no dress requirements for members or guests of Ashburn. The main goal of the church is to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable on their visit.

Ashburn is a multi-site or has different campuses. Ashburn Orland Park, being one of the bigger campuses, has a variety of ministries for children, students, and adults. As Ashburn Frankfort continues to grow its membership, it will eventually formalize other Sunday and midweek services for children, students and adults.
