Chicago’s very own Nora Tsai receiving her recognition award for Humanitarian Service at the University of Santo Tomas Nurses Association International’s (USTNAI) 21st annual convention held in San Antonio Texas on Sept 30, 2017, shown with Jean Uy, President of USTNAI and Pete Calixto, past President of USTNAI. Nora Tsai has been the recipient of her school’s other outstanding awards for humanitarian services. She was also the recipient of the Woman of the Year award of the Chicago Filipino Asian American Hall of Fame.
