Houseman/Houselady Wanted

Immidiate opportunity for a Houseman/Houselady at Hotel Baker. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: assuring all public spaces are clean and tidy. Must be quick on one’s feet to perfonn variety of duties: vacuuming, mopping, dusting. some lift ing, cleaning public and employee restrooms. Replenish needs in bathrooms: tissue, toilet paper, hand towels, liquid soap. Assisting the front desk agents with needs, i.e. calls from guests’ rooms. Must be able to work independently and work with a list of duties to complete. Hours 6pm-12am Friday and Saturday. Sunday-Thursday hours 5pm-10pm. Saturday-Sunday daytime hours 8am-4:30pm. Room Attendant Wanted

Seeking experienced individual to perform housekeeping duties and cross trained to perform laundry attendant duties. Must be able to clean guest rooms and public spaces as well as operate the laundry facilities. Knowledge to operate commercial equipment is a plus. Will be trained as to how to clean according to Hotel Baker standards. Must have good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and be able to read list of assignments provided for the day. Must come to work well groomed with a great attitude and ready to perform in an expedient manner. Must be able to work during the weekends and would love to be part of the Hotel Baker team.

Gardener Wanted

The gardener assures the hotel’s Rose Garden is neat and presentable for all outdoor events and hotel guests to enjoy. One must be able to operate (power tools) a lawn mower and other tools to trim bushes and trees, watering plants daily, checking all areas of the garden, weeding and other duties assigned. 30-32 hours per week requires Wednesday to Sunday commitment. Must be reliable., punctual and have good interpersonal skills -gets along well with others. Knowledge of plants is helpful. Serious applicants only.
