Emmanuel A. Rabor Sr. Nov. 15, 1940 – April 14, 2024

Emmanuel A. Rabor Sr. “Nolit”, 83, loving husband for 52 years of the late Alice Rabor; beloved father of Barber (Ella) Rabor, the late Aloy Rabor, Melody (Dino) Dizon, and Angie (Jason) Maranan; cherished lolo of Jakobe, Joey, Jeremy, Jonny, Joshua, Jericho, Jassie, Jiana, and Jared; devoted brother to brothers and sisters; treasured uncle of many nieces and nephews; dedicated member of Couples for Christ / Missionary Families of Christ; and beloved by many extended family and friends back in the Philippines.

Nolit was a teacher, basketball coach, and scout master. He was very much into archery and tennis. He was the president of Cebu Archery Club and later became part of the Hall of Fame in Cebu. He inspired many generations of athletes, many in his own family. Nolit was a coach that not only fired up his players, but was extremely supportive. He represented the Philippines in the Olympics in the 1984 Los Angeles games, and returned as a coach for the1988 Olympic games in Seoul South Korea. He was a staple as a coach for many sporting events, including the South East Asian Games. Nolit loved to spend time with his family watching the grandkids and helping out in any way he could. Nolit was a simple and humble soul that will be greatly missed by many.
