From Broadway Star of “Here Lies Love”
Hi Tita Veronica,
You interviewed me for your show a couple years ago. To refresh your memory, I’m the actress who played Imelda Marcos in HERE LIES LOVE on Broadway. The information for my show is below. Hope you’re doing well! —
Tickets Available Now! Jaygee’s Homecoming Concert on March 21st!
Hi friends! My first solo show, cabaret style — is happening in my HOMETOWN — CHICAGO! (Well, Des Plaines, haha!) The ticketing link is officially live!
The main reason why I’m doing this concert now is for mom. She’s immunocompromised from all the “c” treatments, and can’t travel to see my shows anymore. She missed my last three Broadway shows, and it really upset her. But, I will take her health over missing a million of my shows! She’s been in remission for years, thank God!
I’m sending this link out to select family & friends. There are only 80 seats so we expect tickets to sell out, so please secure your tickets ASAP.
My show is on Saturday, March 21st at 3:00 pm. Hoping to see you. I’m so excited to share this work with you.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Since it’s a small venue, please don’t share this link with anyone 🙂
Love,
Jaygee Macapugay

Medical Specialty Camp Welcoming Volunteers to Help Kids with Serious Illnesses just be Kids
Flying Horse Farms (FHF), Ohio’s Medical Specialty Camp that serves kids with serious illnesses and their families at no cost, is seeking volunteers for upcoming family weekends and camp sessions this spring through fall. Volunteers make what family’s call “camp magic” happen – bringing smiles, laughter, and a sense of belonging to every camper’s experience – all in in a fully accessible, medically supported environment.
FHF offers a variety of volunteer roles for all skill levels, including:
• Arrival Day Volunteer: Welcome campers and families, assist with check-in, medications, and orientation (11:30am–5pm).
• Day Camp Volunteer: Participate in a full-day camp experience (e.g., September 26, ~8am–5:30pm).
• Family Sidekick: Support and engage with a family throughout activities at all family camps.
• Activity Counselor: Lead or assist in activity areas such as arts & crafts, outdoor adventures, archery, fishing, boating, and woodshop. Flexible scheduling available.
• Kitchen Crew (K-Crew): Assist the chef with meal prep, dining hall setup, and cleanup.
• Entertainment Team
• Lifeguard
• Photographer
• Physicians, Registered Nurses, and Psychosocial Team
• Sessions in greatest need include:
• The MAGIC Foundation Family Camp: May 1–3
• Sibs Camp: June 1–6
• Gastrointestinal & Mental Health Camp: June 17–22
Family weekends start in April and continue in October and November. Summer sessions are ongoing June- August; volunteer spots are limited.
As a volunteer, you’ll make a lasting impact while gaining leadership, teamwork, and hands-on experience in a supportive environment, and camp will leave a meaningful impact on you as well. Volunteers receive benefits including verified service hours, free housing and meals during programming, and opportunities to fulfill course, clinical, or internship requirements. You can watch here to learn more about the impact of volunteering.
